Bio

Andrew Smith leads human resources operations at a cybersecurity startup in northern Virginia. He received his master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and human resources management from Appalachian State, and his undergraduate degree in psychology from Grove City College. He and his wife, Carly, live with their three children in Annandale, Virginia. They attend the Falls Church Anglican.
