Bio

Jessica J. Schroeder is a writer, editor, entrepreneur, and host of the Eating for Eden podcast. A self-described “practical theologian,” she earned her Ph.D. in Systematic Theology at Wheaton College. She is also a graduate of Denver Seminary and Colorado Christian University. Her research and writing includes theology’s intersection with beauty, delight, food, nutrition, stewardship, climate, and ecology. Brought up in the sturdy Midwest, she resides near the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
